"Mystic Rose" is a 28ft Timber Cutter rig sloop built in 1975 in Bundaberg.
Valued at 25k by surveyor this year 2018.
She is set up for single handed sailing and is a great liveaboard with Fridge and TV. Would suit a single person or couple.
Large volume vessel for 28ft with a 3mtr beam. Yet only draws 1.2 meters with a long keel, so great for shallow areas, Moreton bay etc.
A cutter rig with a boom on the inner stay makes easy tacking.
Plenty of storage area in lockers and lazarette, huge cockpit for lazing or entertaining.
