General Comments:
This yacht's sale price is well below its true value which can easily be seen through inspection and detailed lists of quality equipment and extensive works carried out during the 2014 major refit (refit cost is valued at approximately $80,000 alone)
"Miss Cath" has been prepared for its second around the world voyage but family circumstances have prevented the owner from achieving this.
The S&S 34 yacht is well known design built for seaworthy sailing and has completed more long distance voyages solo than any other yacht design.
"Miss Cath" is the identical design and moulds as Jessica Watsons "Pink Lady".
The owner followed the same method of non destructive testing to test important structural components of the hull.
Much of the works carried out on "Miss Cath"during the refit has not been listed due the its length of detailed descriptions.
Details can be provided on request inclusive of receipts for materials and equipment etc used during the refit and after that.
The yacht is an Australian registered ship (ON 855771)
Miss Cath has been sailed with family and given great pleasure to the current owner and wife over ten years .
